Our PCBs and inner layers for multilayers undergo an automated visual inspection depending on the composition.
This inspection device covers the entire PCB and examines it for:
• Short circuits
• Restrictions
• Breaks
• Foreign particles
This inspection system locates any discrepancies in the completed PCB and shows it to the operator on a screen. He then decides whether this is an actual defect or just a false. With this method, each PCB can be inspected 100 %. |
